Now for getting those images where others can see them and use them to make purchasing decisions!
This part gets slightly more complicated, and will be treated as a separate tuturiol in the near future, but for now, let's at least explore the different types of transfers.
1. You have a webmaster that maintains your site for you. In this case you just have to upload the files to where your webmaster has instructed you.
Typically this can be done with an FTP application. Many web browsers, such as Firefox, have the ability to plug-in an FTP application.
2. You maintain your own website and use templates provided by the service provider for your website. These template driven web site builders usually have a
way to upload pictures when you decide where on your site you would like to display them. This is a very simple,

straightforward way to get your pictures onto your site quickly.
3. You wish to be a bit more in control, so you write your own web pages. If this is the case, you probably already know how to get files to your service providers server. Since
your pictures are now resized into more web-friendly sizes, the transfers will happen quickly and easily. Then it is a matter of reworking the HTML in your pages to display the pictures.
